“Hi, I’m Andrea Restrepo, I am an Interior Design and staging project manager for Luxe Home Interiors as well as the Interior Design Admin for The Agency, Lisa Manifold Team. I have a background in Interior Design as well as modeling and acting. I have my Bachelors Degree in Sports Broadcasting and am currently in the final stages of attaining my Real Estate license. My parents and I are Colombian but I was born in Tampa Bay, Florida. I love visiting my family in Miami and Colombia. I enjoy traveling, cooking, decorating, shopping, networking, and spending quality time with my loved ones, my German shepherd Bentley, and my two siamese kittens, Milo and Lola. “

Andrea works closely with top agents and brokers to create strategic, high-impact staging tailored to each home’s target buyer, helping properties stand out and sell for top dollar. Now in the final stages of earning her Real Estate License, she blends style, market knowledge, and a bold, confident energy that makes every project unforgettable.

Lucia Restrepo is an Interior Design and Staging Project Manager for Luxe Home Interiors. She brings a diverse professional background, with formal training in Interior Design and extensive experience in the dental field as a Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions (RDAEF2).

Originally from Colombia, Lucia combines creativity, discipline, and a strong work ethic shaped by years of hands-on experience. She has been freelancing since her teenage years, developing a deep appreciation for design and a keen eye for detail. Interior design and staging have become her true passion, providing her with a strong sense of fulfillment through the transformation of spaces and the successful completion of each project.

Outside of her professional work, Lucia enjoys watercolor painting, cooking, gardening, and decorating. She played volleyball throughout high school, which contributed to her team-oriented mindset and dedication.
